Refund policy

At Aura Adorned, every product is carefully inspected and packed with attention to detail before dispatch. As our products are jewellery and curated items, we maintain a strict no return and no exchange policy.

Returns & Replacements

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements once an order has been delivered successfully. No refund is available for any of the products.

However, a replacement may only be considered in cases where:

the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
a proper unboxing video is provided.

To be eligible for a replacement request, customers must provide:

a clear box opening/unboxing video recorded from the start without cuts or pauses,
the shipping label with visible AWB number,
clear visibility of the damaged/wrong product.

Requests without a proper unboxing video and visible AWB number will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

your order number,
unboxing video,
clear photos of the product received.

After verification, if the claim is approved, a replacement will be processed accordingly within 3-5 days. We will take the replacement within 3-5 days so, once we received the item we will replaced it within 5-6 working days.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings,
change of mind,
dislike of design/style,
incorrect address provided by customer,
delayed deliveries caused by courier partners,
products damaged after use,
requests made without proper unboxing proof.

Sale Items

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or replacement unless received damaged with valid proof.
